Lost my notification bar

I was charging my phone and I had it in sleep mode so it can charge quicker. And when I disconnected it and turned it on my notification bar was gone. I am not rooted and not running a home replacement application. I'm thinking a simple restart may help but I was wondering if anybody else has had this problem before?

Mine comes and goes. Very annoying. Just started doing it about 2 weeks ago. Ill turn the screen off and then come back to it in say 15 minutes and the notification bar will be gone and wont come back for a few seconds.

Any suggestions?

I never had this issue... But Ive heard many weird horror stories on here when people use Sleep Mode.. no home screen, no icons, no app drawer, and now... no notification bar.... weird <<intro horror music>>

Again, I dont use sleep mode.. <<drum beats>>

Well I just restarted my device and it came back. This was the first time it had happened. I always use sleep mode as my quick charge. Hope it doesn't happen again. Would become annoying.

any ideas as to what could be causing this?? my notification led blinks randomly as well.

Did a hard reset on my Atrix over the weekend and now my notification bar comes and goes. I would just like a way to restart it without booting the phone.
