Lost my Yahoo Mail Account on G3

I suddenly lost inbox/outbox Yahoo mailings on my G3 phone after Sept 2. I never changed any settings. I still can use my Yahoo Mail account on the laptop with no problem. I do notice that when I go into settings, a message states that the phone was last synchronized on Sept 2. When I attempt to re-set, the phone remains on Sept 2. What is the problem?

Try going to: Settings > Apps > Select your email app.
Tap on Force stop.
Then tap Clear cache.
Reboot the phone and see if it works.

Thanks but it didn't work. I tried switching from Wi-Fi to 4G but still cannot get my Yahoo Mail. I have 1 clue; when I went into settings, the part about Synchronization, it says that the mail was last synched on Sept. 2 which is the last day my mail came through. I tried going to manual synch, but it still stays on Sept 2. Very weird?
