lost root after update

My Nexus 7 4G lost the root after the update to 4.3. yesterday. I haven't been able to re root it using the toolkit I used to root it the first time. How do I re root? Wait for an update to the toolkit?

I already knew that I would lose root upon updating so I simply flashed a pre-rooted 4.3 ROM image to my Nexus 7 (2012) in order to keep root while still having the goodies that Jelly Bean 4.3 offers.

Not working for me, Can't drag the SuperSU files to the device, in MPT mode, it doesn't show up on "My Computer", PTP mode, I can see two blank unnamed folders that I can't drop files into., Therefore, I can't install the new version of SuperSU.
