Lotus Traveler

My work email requires the use of Lotus Traveler. I am not able to press on sender contact in the header to either make a call to them or add them to contacts as I can in the normal email applications. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions in this regard?

I use it for work as well. I do not think that function exists, I've never been able to do so and just tried as well.
