Loud beeping, freezing, static line, constant reboot issue need HELP!

hello everyone I need some assistances. I got the black screen of death with blue flashing light. It would constantly restart then stay on black screen. It would turn on then after getting to the home screen I would get a static line on the screen always different locations everytime. I was able to fit in 2 factory resets even in the constant shutting down. I cleared the cached. But it wouldn't stop. Tried safe mode, it was good for a few but then static line and it would go to rebooting. I gave up went to sleep. Woke up to the bottom buttons lit. Held down pwr + vol down restart the phone. It booted up on hold screen froze then started doing tornado like horn and the phone shut off. Had to go to work activated old phone. I swap Sims to see if maybe faulty sim. Phone working fine. BUT then I got static line on screen and force restart. I am able to find anyone with my same issues but anyone have any other ideas I can do???

Also what is happening more now the phone freezes stops all the wheels shuts down display Samsung logo twice then starts back up.

Can anyone help?? Any one having same issues? The phone just constantly restarting. I need some help please
