Low 4G reception

I came from an HTC Thunderbolt to the Bionic and from what I can tell the Thunderbolt had better reception than the Bionic did for 4G. Has anyone else noticed poor reception compared to other 4G phones on their Bionic? Is this something that can be patched if it's a problem?

I only get 1 bar of 4G at home with the Bionic. When I tried the Thunderbolt, I had none unless I was next to a window.

I get better 3G and 4G reception with my Bionic than my wife does with her Thunderbolt.

Doesnt the thunderbolt have 5 reception bars and bionic has 4?

I get better reception with my Bionic than I did on my Thunderbolt as well. I'm sure with radio updates it will only get better.
