I am running the new ACS Frozen. Today my phone told me my internal storage was full, but I only have like 20 apps and the biggest one is 8 megs. I have no clue what is going on and it is causing my phone to go slow. Any help?

Menu, Settings, Applications, Manage Applications. Hit all your apps and see which ones can be moved to the card.
Next, hold Home until the Recent window opens and poke the Task Manager button. There you can end any or all running apps.

I had the same thing happen to me. I had many more apps installed before and had no problem. I really liked the ROM though but couldn't install Angry Birds where I had all 3 of them installed before. Of course I figure it's something I've done. I plan on reflasing it later today and trying again after doing Odin late last night.
I had a similar problem with my Evo 4g. I was able to clear a lot of space by deleating text messages!
I had a bunch of text messages with photos attached that were sitting on my internal memory. Once I saved them to the SD card and rebooted I gained a lot of space back!

Apparently it was a glitch because there was no way that I had that much stuff on my phone, but I wiped data and re-installed SRF and now it is fixed.
at our store we see this issue a lot across the board on android phones. Very rarely does it have anything to do with installed apps. It generally seems to be more tied in with amount of Text Messages (no one needs a thread of over 1000 messages!), or other various cached information. The standard fix is usually a factory reset, haven't seen too many phone where that didn't correct the issue.
If you catch it in time, but USUALLY from what I've seen by the time you're getting that error message it's too late. It's just one of those things that falls into routine maintenance of your phone (just like any other computer really).
I very rarely keep texts on my phone. I almost always delete as soon as the conversation is over with. I Odin'd and started from scratch. So far so good.

I odined a fresh prerooted install of EC05, & could not install my apps from titanium backup, it reported that internal memory was low. There was no text's or anything else on te phone, it restored half of them then refused the others. My internal memory showed about half of it free & sd has lots of room. All apps that can move are already moved to SD.
I reflashed back to EB13, flashed the EC05 modem, & restored my apps with no problems. Even have room for more still. I don't know what is causing the issue but I tried 4 times with the same result.
I was useing the EXT4 version, maybe I'll try again with the plain jane cwm2 version.
