Low to No Vibration?

I just picked up this smashing piece of machinery today and am loving it.....except that it doesn't vibrate period. No haptic feedback. No vibrate when called or messaged. All my settings are set to high.

I don't need vibration, but I'd really like to have it. Did I get a dud?

Anyone? Tried Google, sounds like a bad or loose vibration motor, which isn't that awesome in a phone that's been out of the box less than 24 hours.

Have you checked the vibration settings to insure they are enabled?

If so, have you checked the vibration strength setting?

Checked it all. Did a factory reset. VZW told me to bring it back.

Ended up getting a brand new replacement from Big Red. Thought I was going crazy!

Oh, good! I am glad they offered a new one rather than a "refurbished" one.
I trust the new one has the vibration motor that actually works?

Yep. I was fretting about a like new replacement right out the gate but since I'm still within the 14 days I got a brand new one.

And yes, the vibration motor is very hearty on this one, haha.
