Low volume voice command

Anyone having a problem with low volume with voice command over bluetooth? The voice command prompt and the confirmation are barely audible, but once the call connects, the volume is normal. I have all volumes turned up, and I have tried 3 different bluetooth headsets, all with the same issue. It was working fine until VZW tech support had me do a factory reset yesterday.

What I have noticed with my device that may be the nature of your issue, the volume on head unit automatically turns down to 1/2 whenever the device is connected to a bluetooth and you have to turn it back up during a call, try adjusting volume during a call and then see if when you activate voice command it stays louder. If so then you are having the same issue I noticed.

I had this issue on my Storm 1...I think it is a problem with the voice command software. I sometimes experience the low volume on my DroidX, I'll either turn the phone off or task kill it and restart and sometimes that helps. It's very inconsistent.

I have found that you need to turn off your bluetooth device. Then make a call and max the phone volume. Turn on your bluetooth device and voice commands should be loud again.
