Lowest online price?

I'm finally eligible to upgrade my phone and I'm going to pick up a Note 2 today. The only stores around me are Verizon Wireless and Best Buy. So my question is, who has the cheapest online price for a verizon note 2 that I can get price matched at best buy?
so far I see Dell for $169.99 and NewEgg for $179.99
SamClub, BJs, and Amazon all have it for $199.99
Am I missing any online retailers who may have it for cheaper?

If you signed up for the $50gc from best buy, you should be able to get that too, for the moment, that is the lowest that I know of. Keep in mind some third party do have a $400 secondary etf if you make certain changes to your account.

If waste not in a hurry, wait, there may be a sale again, the note 2 was available for $50 before
