LPX-G S905x problems with connection

hello, i am the new one hier

i bought an Android TV Box

LPX-G BOX 2GB + 16GB Android 7.1
SDRAM: 2GB DDR3
Flash: 16GB EMMC Flash
CPU: 64 Bits AmlogicS905X Quad-Core Cortex-A53@2.0GHz
GPU: Penta-Core Mali-450 mit HDMI 2.0 Ausgang Kartenleser: TF-Karten

i tried to flash another firmware for testing if it would work better than the original one.
i downloaded an firmware from the Magicsee IRON TV Box because the specs looks similar.

CPU – Amlogic S905X quad core ARM Cortex-A53 @ up to 2.0GHz
GPU – penta-core Mali-450MP GPU @ 750 MHz
SDRAM: 2GB DDR3
Flash: 16GB EMMC Flash

The firmware works, but now i have the problem, that i could not connect the box to my computer, USB_Flash_Tool does not recognize the box anymore.

What can i do to fix the problem?
Before flashing i didn't have any problems mit the connection :-

it seems like the reset button has no function anymore, thats why USB_Burning_Tool don't recognize the box
i have no idea how to fix the problem.

I think it's over now with the box... bootloop and no reset button funktion.
no chance to do something
