So I dropped my phone for the first time the other night and didn't mess with it until today which is where I discovered that it couldn't turn on. When it's not plugged in and I try to turn it on it only shows the LG logo and dies, which is weird because the battery is perfectly fine. When I try and turn it on while it's plugged in it will show the LG logo for a moment and then begin looping an animation of the back casing being put on the phone. It already has the casing on it so I tried taking it off and putting it back on a few times and trying to turn it on again but nothing. Does anybody know a way to fix it or at least get around it?
Update:
I got it to turn on from the animation but it's showing there's no charge on the battery even though it's been plugged in for hours. I know the charger I have works it's just not charging the phone while it's doing the animation.
