LTE Connection Randomly Dropping to E Connection

On T-Mobile with Pixel 2 XL. I just updated OTA February update. Every so often my LTE Connection will drop to E or no data connection at all, then go back to LTE after about 30 seconds. Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I haven't received the Feb update yet. I'm also on T-Mobile network I'll let you know if I experience issues. Have you tried to reset your network settings only? You can do this under the network tab
