LTE Galaxy Watch "Download features exclusive..." message

On my LTE, T-Mobile Galaxy Watch 46mm, I constantly get a notification to "download features only available to T-Mobile subscribers..." I cannot swipe away the notification and "downloading" these supposed features seems to do nothing - any ideas on either what this is and/or how to get rid of the notifications?

Have a Tmobile LTE watch too and never once have I seen this. Bet it's a notification passed from your phone and has nothing to do with the watch. Maybe check what notifications you're allowing to be passed to the watch?
