Let me first start by saying yes you posted this a long time ago, second I just registered with the site today, but anyway, your question "how fast is fast on LTE network?" LTE is not a speed, nor is it anything that anyone should even worry about. LTE is Long Term Evolution. Basically in order for a standard phone speed to change there has to be that speed in every major city, but that is hundreds on billions if dollars and time. So LTE basically is a system that allows for a simple coding change to completely change the speed of said network towers. So when 5th is available, instead of it taking 2-4 years for every phone to have it, it'll be overnight.
