LTE Sim Cards

Are the LTE sim cards going to be locked to a specific device? The reason I ask is I'm curious if the data plan will be attached to the sim card. If so, wouldn't the unlimited 4G follow the sim card? You could potentially purchase a new phone later on, move the sim card over, and not touch your 4G plan.

No, you can't use it on the wireless cards.
