Is the Samsung m14 able to do phone calls from a USB-C headset?

Welcome to Android Central! If the headset is specifically compatible with Android, then yes. However, if it's designed for Windows or Mac, then probably not. Is it a gaming headset or a phone headset? If you have a particular model in mind, tell us the make and model.

I will use the c3220 usb-c headset.
In the Samsung m12 only work for media, isn't work in phone calls or MS teams.
I've tested it in other phones and it works well.

The specs on the Poly website only mention Windows and MacOS compatibility: https://www.poly.com/gb/en/products/headsets/blackwire/blackwire-3200

You can try reaching out to Poly's support, but they may not be able to guarantee anything with specific Android devices.
