Does the M9 still use the same light as the M8 or did it move to RGB? I really miss the colors of the lights with the M8?

Thanks

The green notification light. On a Samsung for instance it uses an RGB light so I can program it for different colors on notifications. On my M8 it's only green for everything.

Thanks

I've never been able to do the colors on my HTC's. I know I tried Light Flow on my M8 didn't work so I am doubting the M9 has changed but I haven't tried it sorry.

It looks like it's just a green light for notifications and red for not fully charged when charging.

I've had a look on the Play Store, and it looks like there are a few apps that enable you to assign different LED colours to different notifications. I've not tried any myself, but a few appear to be compatible with the M9. Light Manager perhaps?

I never got any of the light apps to work on my M8...tried them all.. Good luck though!

Where did you see Light Manager was compatible with the M9? I don't see it but I also had the M8 and none of them worked even on my M& so I am doubting it'll work for the M9.

I know the M8 doesn't have an R&B light so no app would work. It is green or red only. It looks like the M9 is the same.

Not a big deal.
