USB adapter cable for select RAM vehicles 2013-2017. Replaces the Media Hub circuit board in the center console so that a single USB port can be connected to an aftermarket radio USB input.

After purchasing this the company tech support tells me that due to the length of cable from center arm rest to radio unit that Android Auto will not work, I have to plug directly into the Kenwood DMX706s usb cable instead of connecting it to the wiring harness of my 2016 ram 1500.
So my question is can I get this little usb adapter to put out enough power to send android auto to the radio through factory harness?
