Mail and Message Problems

Hi

Just moved from an HTC to the S7 Edge for increased compatability and have 2 problems...

Mail: I have two accounts synced to my phone, all mails are synced and show on the phone, but only the latest few emails from each account have synced to the watch?
Messages: New texts sync to the watch but when deleted from the phone, they stay on the watch?
