Main ringtone disappears

Has anyone else experienced any problems with their main ringtone changing to none?

Both to none and to some number (which also doesn't ring). Just choose the right one again.

I'm not sure what's going on with it. I've reset it and it's still doing the same thing.

Is your main Ringtone a stock sound or a custom one?
