Just got my xoom back. It is in great condition and works well with lte

But first I didntg know it would be wiped clean. I thought the data backup was for safety. But alas it is wiped clean. Which would be fine except for two things

My apps in the market only lists a very small subset of what I installed. And that includes apps I have paid for. So I need to think and remember what I had

here is the kicker. Some apps that I purchased are not showing as purchased. Case in point and an expensive one is logmein ignition for 30 dollars. I had this paid for and installed and now when i ggo to the market its asking me to pay again. Wtf. Having to install again is one thing. But having to pay again

Anyone else seeing this

My device was not wiped clean. It was returned exactly how it was sent including my Memory Card I forgot to take out.

I'd contact the app developer. Its possible the new build knocks the Xoom out of compatibility with the app. The app won't show in the market. Losing paid status on apps is strange though. Not sure how the paid portion is tracked. I know apps that I bought on my phone are now showing on my Xoom if they're compatible.

Sent from my Xoom using Tapatalk

well great - then some people, like me, will have an unexpected, like new tablet and all sorts of issues to sort out - wonderful - grrrrrrr

Mine wasn't wiped, but does have newly introduced physical damage. They're happy to fix it, I just need to mail it back to them. They will determine if they think they're responsible within ten days. If they are, they need another ten days to fix it. Yeah, right.

About LogMeIn, I think I remember hearing they recently released a tablet specific version. Maybe you bought the "phone" version which is no longer showing up in your market. Check market.android.com on your pc.

To the OP - try a factory reset of your tablet, then your apps should show up. Several people over at the Moto support forum had similar issues with apps not showing up and a factory reset seemed to fix it.

I tried a factory reset with the same results - a couple apps came back but i had probably 60 or so and they didnt - and they arent showing as paid in the market - this really sucks

I should be getting my Xoom back today, now I am kind of afraid that it will be wiped clean. Not that it matters too much, I just don't want to have to go through all that hassle.

mine was wiped clean and I thought it might be a different unit till I saw the memory card didn't have the dummy placeholder and then my wifi kicked in and I didn't have to enter the key so it must be mine - I'm in my apps and it's downloading everything I ever purchased right now. Glad I realized what it was doing and turned on the WiFi otherwise I would have gone way over my data plan and cost mucho bucks!!! Sheesh!

They kept my SD dummy card, but I really don't mind. I had never removed it, but noticed that it was gone when I tried my 4G card from my Bionic in the Xoom.

OK this is part user error and part lack of clarity on the upgrade. I did a factory reset and added my other Google account as my primary and then all my paid apps were available. Nothing installed until I manually did from the market but at least I didn't have to pay again

Yeah I did a factory wipe before I sent it..got it back only paid apps showed up. Luckily I used the android sdk and took screen shots of my apps.
