Major Battery Drop 100% - 50% Help!

So I was watching videos on youtube, My battery was full 100%.I have the charging cable connected to my laptop, It was still charging.I was still on youtube watching vlogs and stuff.I don't know this but when I looked the laptop was Hibernating.I knew my battery was dropped at 50% because if I check setting and batteray It shows that from 100% it rapidly dropped 50%.This happend to me over the past few days but I didn't think it dropped in the past few days untol now.

I would say if the laptop was Hibernating then it was not charging the phone. You don't state how long you were watching YouTube but that is probably the culprit with no charge going into the phone.
