Major difference between 2 Best Buy Stores!

I went to my usual Best Buy Stores over lunch today to pick up my new Note II. Boy were they rude and said that they don't price match. I walked out empty handed. Went into a different one and got a totally different reception. They didn't have their stock yet but took my number and said he would hold one for me AND price match Verizon. Ends up that this is the same manager that I have worked with at the 1st and now he is over @ store #2.
