So I was messing around in titanium backup and uninstalled a file that I'm fairly certain was called com.android.providers.downloads. since then my phone has been throwing an error com.google.process.gapps has stopped. I can't use Google play and when I reboot my phone it tells me that the process system isn't responding wait or stop. So far all I have hit is wait and the phone starts, it throws the gapps error twice and seems to behave normally other than the not being able to use Google play store. Please help. I'm not really sure what to do. I've uninstalled Google play reset preferences and deleted my Google account and resynced. I also force stopped and restarted my downloads apps that came with the phone to no avail. Thanks for any help.

Not sure what you mean by that. I'm sorry I forgot to mention this is my first Android phone I recently switched from iPhone 5.

You can reset phone to original condition. Settings>general>backup and reset>factory data reset. Be aware it will erase everything back to original, including pictures, etc.
