Make Rooted Android Phone Appear as a Different Device Model?

I have an old android bionic that I've rooted but I need it to support a specific app. I ordered a Coin card and their app doesn't support the bionic. Is there a way to make the phone appear as a Galaxy S5 or some phone that support the app so that I can use it? The Bionic is not attached to any carrier and is pretty much a play phone. Sadly the Coin app doesn't support my windows phone so I'm hoping we can get this app working on the Bionic.
