Making the switch...finally!

Getting ready to make the move from iPhone 3Gs this week. AT&T plan expires this week so figured I better jump on the Verizon unlimited data plan before it ends! Been looking at the TB and the Charge. Good and bad points about both. Would love to get the Bionic or Galaxy S II but can't wait any longer.
