I recently purchased a Galaxy S4 on eBay without realizing it had a bad digitizer (I know, stupid). I've decided I'd like to fix it. What I know so far:
Display shows white horizontal lines on start up that move around, sometimes portions are greenish.
No recognizable menu or other bootup features can be seen, only black behind the lines.
Device connects to the computer normally.
Factory reset did not resolve the issue.
I think it's a bad connection, but I am wondering if it is a bad digitizer. Any help/direction appreciated.
