] For the last couple of days I've been having connection issues with my M9, while my network setting was on automatic. Luckily, I changed it back to LTE / CDMA and baby is it quick. Web pages load a bit faster than before, I don't know if there's an update, I don't think there was but I like what I see!

I forgot to mention that my connection optimizer is also turned off, it really helps with dropped calls.

The for this. I normally switch go LTE Only when I get a new phone but forgot when I got this phone. Much appreciated.

So on a Verizon m9 what should the preferred network setting be at? Mines on LTE only.

Mine on Verizon was set to global. I switched to LTE only myself.

I was a little curious as well. I have the factory unlocked using AT&T. In my settings the only option I have that includes LTE is an auto setting.

My Verizon M9 is also set on "global". I'm not really noticing any problems, so is there a downside to switching? What or the pro's and con's?

Since ive changed my settings to LTE only ive gotten better reception in my concrete building. It was constantly changing to 3g before.

Hopefully that solved the data issues you were having earlier. Still though, yours didn't sound nearly as bad as some Sprint users seem to be having.
