[Android Central Question]

Android Galaxy J3 Prime, New 2017. With SD card.
72 Apps sleeping? In background, Phone, Very slow.
Trying to Remove Google Allo Assistant, Uses 10.7G of 16G avail internal Memory.
Tried Reboot, Dissasemble, Reset, Reboot, GPS and WiFi ON, Google Maps Not even tracking now. Since about Last 3 weeks 2018- present.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean "72 apps sleeping?" If an app is paused in the background, it isn't using any resources.

It's unlikely that Allo is using up 10.7 GB of your Internal Storage. Do you mean that 10.7 out of 16 GB of your Internal Storage is being used in total? That's normal, and doesn't mean you're close to full. Incidentally, since Allo is essentially defunct, you might as well uninstall it. If it's preinstalled and you can't uninstall it, then Disable it.
