Manually updating UNLOCKED SGH-1337

Hello.

I am using the AT&T SGH -1337 Samsung Galaxy S4. Android version 4.2.2. Unlocked to work with T-Mobile, USA. I am unable to uupdate the phone to any other build because it checks AT&T servers for updates. Since I am on Tmobile, it will never find updates. II've tried to use Kies. But it says my phone isn't supported or that the baseband isn't supported. Can anyone point me in the correct direction on any way to manually update this device. Let me know if there is any other information you require.

I had the same problem as you, i recommend rooting your phone and then installing cyanogenmod since it gets rid of the at&t bloatware and provides you with updates which you can't get in your current state.
