Map app - doesn't pinpoint me accurately

My Map app on Nexus S 4G cannot pinpoint me accurately. I'm here, but the map pinpoints me probably a quarter mile away. Does not track me where I go accurately, does not ever move. The GPS/direction don't work at all.

I had EVO and absolutely had no problem at all. I'm wondering if this is part of the radio issue?

I never had this problem and I use Google Latitude and Google Navigation a lot.. Maybe it might be your map app not supporting the phone or might even be your phone itself..

What type of troubleshooting have you tried so far if any?

In location settings do you have wireless networks and use GPS satellites checked?

I am actually having the same issue.. GPS turned and wireless networks turned on to help determine location. It never pinpoints my location correctly like V8 said above usually about 1/4 mile off. What could i do to trouble shoot? Latitude and Maps both show my location the same. Thoughts?

I have been off by a large amount too once or twice. I usually just reboot the phone (phone completely off, restart, etc.) and it works fine. I think the GPS gets out of whack.

I have also heard that if you want 2-3 mins, it gets it right, but I'm impatient.
