Map phone to Windows drive

When I connect this phone, it shows up as a portable device rather than a drive in Windows. I need it to show up as a drive to sync some things (music/data). Since the SD card is separate from internal phone memory, I really need 2 drives mapped.

I tried using SUBST D: \SPH-D710\Card\music
which normally will let you map a directory to a drive, but it doesn't work.

Any ideas?
