March 2019 OTA Update Available

I applied the March 5, 2019 security update to all three of my Essential PH-1s. However, my wife's phone had microphone and speaker go dead within one hour. Could dial, but not hear and person called couldn't hear her. I went through settings and tried a number of things.
Finally, did a factory reset and reinstalled the backup from Drive. Problem persisted. Had her delete apps she didn't use or like, did another backup and factory reset. Reinstalled 200 apps from the smaller backup and phone mic & speaker seem to be working so far.
Probably was one of the 40+ apps she deleted, but I have no idea which.

Anyone else experience mic and speaker failure after an update?

I had the same issue with mine about 3months ago, had to send it back and they sent me a replacement.
