It's likely still being tested by T-Mobile or is in the final stages before being rolled out.

I assume you're talking about the Day 1 update? If so, did you get your phone at launch? Have you checked that it is, indeed, not in the current update already? Have you tried using SmartSwitch on a computer to check for updates?

I think OP referring to March tmobile update that rumors said its out.

I've tried all of that. I'm still on the February 1st version.

Then you are talking about the security update. That's not out for T-Mobile versions yet. If anything's been released it's been for factory-unlocked models in certain regions. T-Mobile needs to modify (if needed) and release it on their model (same as every other carrier).

Updates are usually staged and don't roll out to all regions at the same time. AFAIK the update only started going out in some Euro regions and then Samsung pulled it for a couple days. Now it's back to rolling out and some carriers in the US I think have already pushed out updates, but not everyone will get it on day one.

It's actually the best way to get the update. Let it circulate throughout the various versions and see if any major issues pop up. I am ok with waiting another month.

Placebo effect? It was mentioned in the Day One update... yet many were still having issues. Or maybe they just lumped it in with the 'General Device Improvements' blanket statement.

As bad as the fingerprint scanner is you would think it would be front and center.

For me it's not bad. It's even worked while at the pool with wet hands, oily hands while cooking, and hot sauce hands while hot winging (yes, I licked the screen. don't judge). Only time it hasn't worked is when I've been in the water for too long and my fingers melt. Other than that, I really have no issues getting it to recognize my finger.

I'm not saying others don't have issues (my brother still fails to unlock his half the time). Just saying that, for some reason, some of us aren't experiencing that.

Do you have the factory plastic or any screen protector at all on the phone?

I would like to know which screen protector as well as I am using the factory applied one still buy i have the Whitedome ready to go...other than re-adding the print, i hope the scanner works okay with Whitedome ..
I have US unlocked s10 and no update yet...AT&T SIM

Yup, factory one. I did buy an IQ Shield one before I knew the phone came with it, but I'm still using the factory-installed one. And I guess another time where it fails is when my muscle memory kicks in and I still try to unlock by tapping the camera lens on the back. But that one is pretty much on me
