mark all forums read link missing from top of page

Until a few days ago there was a toolbar item(Quick Links?) that contained a Mark All Forums Read link. This is now missing which means I have to scroll all the way down page to find the link there. Can this be re-added to the top of the page.

Hi azjerry --

I've been working on optimizing navbar performance over the past few days. Since there was a lot of duplication between the Quick Links pull-down and the User CP pull-down; I eliminated the Quick Links all together. I can see why you would want access to the mark threads read feature; so, I will work it back in there.
