Market is driving me nuts.

So I had the Thunderbolt before this and now the bloat apps that were on that phone keep trying to download automatically. I even disabled automatic updates for each app individually, but they just tried again. So I disabled all automatic updates in the Market settings. Is there any other way to stop this?
