Market issues

Is anyone else having problems with market? When scrolling through a list, it just repeats endless. It is really slow and doesn't load at times. Anyone else having these issues?

Shannon try this
settings>applications>manage applications>market
clear cache and uninstall updates.
open market it it will ask you to accept the agreement.
reboot your device and open the market
