Market issues

Hello fellow android enthusiast.

I have an issue, it's driving me crazy!!! This is how it happened.

-I install CM7 and gapps (latest) all goes well.
-Boots up fine
-I chose which gapps I want.
-Then all of a sudden I get these triangles that say download unsuccessful. I find this odd and search the forums. Try the million and a half tricks to get it to work. No dice.
-I now think that it might be CM7 and think ohh I'll restore my sense rom because surely it will work on there. Nope.
-I tried many roms and none of them will allow me to download and market apps.

I did however find a temporary fix, on cm7. I tried a different google account on the setup screen and that allowed me to download apps. Now my problem with just using that day in and day out is that 1. my paid apps (I have like 20 bucks in paid apps) 2. Latitude. (my old contacts are linked to my old gmail account).

I has that issue when I installed the teathering app. It just broke CM7. I uninstalled the app and flashed my backup.

It was funny because I deleted all my old nandroids and had planned on backing it up. But then I thought what's the worst that can happen and I got burned. Now I feel like a meth junkie telling children to always nandroid before flashing anything.

Soo my issue is that I can't download apps from my primary google account. Fantastic.
