I have noticed that when going to 'My Apps' in the Market I see a small fraction of the apps I actually have acquired through the Market. This worked before the 2.3.3 update. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a fix, perhaps some sort of cache clear?

Are they still installed on your device? If they aren't, that's probably why they aren't on there. The only ones that her saved there after its uninstalled is apps you have purchased.

I had this problem prior to upgrading to GB. Try installing any free app from the market. (you can uninstall it afterwards, if you want) That solved the problem for me.

When an author of an application puts it on the market he has to choose which versions of android OS its been tested with and is compatible with and i think what devices as well.
So your EVO has been at 2.2 for a long while now.
Now that your on 2.3 a lot of the apps that are designed to work with 2.2 haven ot been tested with 2.3. Nextflix is a great example.
Once the EVO got gingerbread it broke the Netflix app. From what i am reading they have removed it from the market to fix it and try to make it compatilbe with the EVO on 2.3.
Remember gingerbread is just the base OS. There are still numerous changes made to make that version of OS work with your hardware. Developers will now need to go in and make tweaks to software that was compatible with the EVO on 2.2 to work with 2.3.

Same thing happened to me. Have you restarted your phone ( not the Power Off, but the Restart) since you upgraded? That fixed it for me.

I must be a freak, but 99% of all my stuff works perfectly after the update. All the apps showed up as well. Non-root.

I tried a reboot of the phone. Not a power off but the actual long restart. That didn't do it. I then decided to go out to App Brain to see what it recognized on my device as installed apps. They were all there, no issues. I then went back into the Market, slected my apps from the menu and there they were. Explain that :-)

vnmous1 & ovdevil, have you tried the compass since upgrading? Try the compass mode in google maps, and/or google sky map. Apparently there's a known problem with GB (not just EVO) where the compass no longer works properly. If yours is ok, then I may try a hard reset on mine.

Just tried it. A little "laggy" but it swings back around where it should be in Compass Mode.

Are you lost?

You flipped the switch by holding your phone at a 43 degree angle while it was loading an application and the glare of the sun succeeded in aligning the bits on your SD card -- that is why your apps show back up. :p

lol, not lost. I tried it again just now, it seems to work better today for some reason, though still a little jerky. It wasn't working at all for a couple of days after upgrading. I read that the Nexus S also has trouble with the compass. This is really the only issue with the upgrade that I care about. If it's fixed, then I'm happy :)
