Market Not Downloading

I've been having a problem for 2 days now. Any download I try in the market just sits at "starting download..." I thought there was just a market problem but after this long I'm starting to doubt it, especially since I haven't seen anything posted here about it recently. I haven't made any changes on my phone recently so I can't think of anything I've actually done that would effect it. Tried clearing market and download manager cache but didn't make a difference. Installed the new market apk since I didn't have it yet, looks nice, but still didn't fix it. Last night I left it trying to download overnight and it still didn't complete so it's not like its just really slow. Doesn't matter if I'm on WiFi or 3G. Any ideas?
