Marshmallow for Tab S2 Nook

This update came to my nook 35 min ago. So far everything works well. No bugs. Took long enough. Samsung is loosing credibility. No big deal anyway but should have had it months ago. S2 nook updated with marshmallow...big deal!
I was just looking into the smartswitch app which kicks it to your s2 very handily. Check it out. The update just appeared when I turned on my s2.

I got it earlier this week. I'm not sure it's all Samsung's fault. Barnes & Noble are also responsible, since is a Nook branded device.

Ya Think? B&N ? Maybe I guess. I tend to believe a bit more in the scenario of either Kaos at samsung prolonging what other companies make look easy or just putting the nook collaboration devices at the bottom of some list. There may be many that will wait even longer. Imo it's guessing. The one fact is that it takes them to long to perform Os updates.
I'm having zero issues and think I see a slower reduction of battery power. I've always charged it pleasingly quickly. I will have to 9ay more attention to drain but it is a pleasant surprise so far. Enjoy the marshmallows.

I think B&N had a part. I would wager the other Nook branded Samsung Tablets also didn't get Marshmallow on time.

The Nook stuff is built into the OS, not just an app that is running on top. I'm not even sure I could uninstall the Nook stuff (not that I want to).

B&N has been having big issues with its Nook division, even though they were making a profit at one point. B&N's Nook division can't keep a division head for long. It's gone through three or four within the past few years. Because of that, they can't seem to get focused and back on what was making Nook profitable.
