If that's the state's maybe, in the UK rules are far more strict so they have to give you your cash back once you follow the rules

That's good to hear. Here they are legally required to honor the rebates, but if they don't then the government won't get involved, other than to act as the middle man. I contacted the attorney general when the rebate center refused to fulfill a rebate and all the attorney general did was to forward my complaint to them, and forward the response to me. They did pay up but if they didn't turn pretty much I would have to sue them.

Of course with enough complaints then the attorney general will investigate and can take action, but there's no guarantee of that

Having red the cashback offer, it's just send a proof of receipt from certain participating retailers in the UK such as CPW, they validate receipt and done cashback on the way.

So much so I bought the 10pro
