I just was under the impression this is the March Security Patch. So far there is no other patch.

When u go to settings>about phone>software information scroll down it will say April security patch

Got it on my AT&T S24+ this morning.

Nothing yet S24U unlocked Verizon. Did you notice any camera improvements?

Haven't checked the camera, but I think not. Nothing about any improvements other than security. The update was just barely over 400 MB, which is typical if it's only a security patch.
