As long as you are on the Beta track you will not get monthly updates, you will only get updates when there is a new Beta.
It has taken this long for a few years on any phone running stock (near stock) Android and their A/B partition systemEasily 45 minutes from start to finish. I find it a little strange that it takes so long,![]()
Didn't take more than 2 or 3 minutes with my OnePlus 7 Pro. Hell, it didn't take that long on my Nexus 6.

So far "Always ON" is staying always ON!
Previously it would turn OFF occasionally, requiring pressing the ON/OFF button.
It's just one of those trivial things I hope they got to this month.
