I have an unlocked S22 Ultra that I purchased from Best buy unlocked. I'm also on the Magenta Max plan. My question is has anyone with a similar unlocked phone able to use the Tmobile visual voicemail app and enhanced caller ID feature?

I can't seem to turn the features on in the visual voicemail app and Tmobile not sure why? So maybe someone who has it working on there phone can possibly help me out

Hi , visual voicemail will work but it was always glitching, try metro PCS visual voicemail, as for caller id the unlock already has Hiya caller id in the phone app just enable if it's not

Since you have max download scam shield premium from T-Mobile. It works great and allows you to set what type of calls you would like to block in addition to the normal scam calls.
