MB865 EasyTether Pro v4.0.4

I have a Motorola MB865 and recently upgraded to ICE 4.0.4 now ET Pro no longer works. Anyone else run into this issue. I have re-installed the app and device as well re-installed on my Win7 PC. I have everything enabled properly but this PC dock icon indicates "No devices to connect". I have tired everything. Just me??

It's not just you. I've been trying all day with no success. I wish someone would give us a suggestion!
