Is it only me or does it keep starting up even when you stop it at times? Does it always start up for ya when you restart your phone?

yea mine always starts no matter what, and even comes back after force closing. sucks you cant uninstall it

I think the only options you really have are using startup auditor (i'm pretty sure thats the name) or rooting to remove it and/or load a custom ROM that doesn't include it.
