Media player glitch when loosing mobile signal.

Once I put the phone deeper in pocket or when go into underground audio from media player start to freeze for mili-seconds. it does it only when it struggles to find a signal. You can even see how it turns from No Signal to Media control all the time and when it turns to No Signal sign for a second, than sound freezes. If turned on flight mode and it's not looking for signal than no problems. Come on guys. Its a 4 core processor phone and cant deal at the same with playing music and searching for signal?
Any suggestions how to solve it?
