Lately I've been experiencing an issue where I will try to turn up the volume when media is playing, but the slider won't go past about 75%. Now, I'm used to the warning that restricts you from boosting volume when it thinks you might be wearing earbuds until you tell it OK, but this is not the case all the time. Sometime even with no earbuds plugged in or even bluetooth connected, it won't allow me to raise the volume (just playing through the speakers and no orange high-volume warning area on the slider). I can try to manually move the slider all the way up, but it will pop back down to about 75% again.
